The City Attorneys Office has looked into the contractor and for we are very close to being finished with this contract. Its not really new money per se. Its part of the contingency budget. We were given assurances that moving forward they wouldnt be allowed to bid on projects. The problems and allegations against this contractor doesnt relate to this contract.
