Hundreds of students at Missouri State University gathered on the football field at Plaster Stadium to watch Monday's solar eclipse.

Leslie and Craig Herr and their two sons traveled to West Plains, Missouri, from Sacramento to experience the total solar eclipse.

The Truman State football team celebrated homecoming on Saturday by getting a bounce back win over William Jewell after suffering their first loss of the season the week before. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter, thanks to a pair of turnovers, and held on from there to win 31-10.

Celebrate homecoming today, Sept. 22. Enjoy the annual homecoming parade, starting at 2:30 p.m. at the Bolivar High School and making their way to the square. The Liberators take on Glendale at Plaster Stadium at 7 p.m. The coronation ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. before kick-off. 

On a beautiful evening, Friday, Sept. 8, with a hint of fall, the Parkview Vikings traveled to Plaster Stadium at Southwestern Baptist University to meet the Bolivar Liberators in an Ozark Conference matchup.
