Albany city leaders unveiled 38 new market-rate apartments on Friday in the old Freihofer Baking building in Albany's Sheridan Hollow neighborhood.

Albany County officially transferred ownership of the Central Warehouse to Redburn and Columbia Development in December of 2022.

According to the Albany Times Union, Redburn Development principal Jeff Buell says they're now discussing the possibility of demolition.
