Above as you can see on the low. This system is not going to give us anything in the way of rain. It has increased the low cloud deck and thats good because the humiditys up. 93 to 100 thats good. Us. Thousands of pg e customers are still living without power because of the shut offs. Service is being restored for many. Pg e tells us 86,000 customers do not have electricity. The numb of people without power in ma rin dropped by half. And no longer expected to be part of the event that started today. There are outages in the east bay, south bay and peninsula. Have been forced their homes. We have a map to show the entire evacuation area. There is essentially a concentrated spot in northern Sonoma County. The evacuation orders extend all the way out to the pacific ocean. The evacuation zone is massive.
