with the details. police have this entire area cordoned off after it was evacuated while the bomb squad went in to make sure that there was nothing inside that pressure cooker that looked suspicious. just after 6:00 this evening, a resident of an apartment complex next to the san antonio shopping center in mountain view alerted police to the pressure cooker which was on a ledge in the bushes outside the lobby doors. police were called in and infrared technology was used to determine that it was emitting heat. the southwest section of the center, which includes the apartment building asafeway store and some restaurants were all evacuated. three hours after that initial call just after 9:00 this evening, the bomb squad reported there was nothing inside that pressure cooker. what comes to mind immediately is probably the boston marathon, the tragedy that happened back east. and we would like to avoid that here. pressure cookers are obviously, could be used as bombs. and we d
