A whistleblower who says they helped expose a Klein ISD cosmetology teacher facing several felony charges, including sex trafficking and compelling prostitution, has hired a civil rights attorney.

A former Klein ISD teacher intends to sue the district, alleging retaliation after reporting a colleague's involvement in sex trafficking, following claims of her own daughter being trafficked, while the accused teacher, Kedria Grisby, faces charges.

Kedria Grisgby 42, and her son, Roger Magee, 21, were involved in a sex trafficking ring that included at least three teen girls. Grigsby reportedly taught Cosmetology at Klein Cain High School, is set to appear in court Monday.

A Texas teacher and her son have been arrested and charged with trafficking after recruiting minor students for prostitution. 

Kedria Grigsby, a Houston-area teacher, was charged with allegedly helping her son by recruiting teenage students for prostitution.

"Like you, we are parents with children who attend Klein ISD schools, and we are disgusted," said Superintendent Dr. McGown

Quanell X and Dr. Candice Matthews said Klein ISD knew about prostitution allegations against Kedria Grigsby more than a year before they took action.

More teens have come forward stating that Kedria Grisby was also attempting to recruit them while attending school.

High school students undoubtedly get a lot of crazy assignments these days, what with "Black Lives Matter" and "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" agendas running many districts.
