The deadly victim was a 25-year-old man shot in the head outside a home on Wright Street near Van Duzer Street in the Stapleton Heights section of Staten Island around 10:50 p.m., authorities said.

The victim’s 17-year-old brother admitted to cops he shot his sibling but claimed it was “by accident,” a high-ranking NYPD source said.

The shooting took place across the street from the Stapleton Houses on Monday evening, according to police.

Michael Robles, 38, and five others inside his 2007 Jeep suffered minor injuries during the 3:30 a.m. crash on Van Duzer St. and St. Paul’s Ave. in Stapleton Heights, cops said.
