(WBNG) -- On Friday, the owners of the P.S. Restaurant in Vestal, Rick and Sylvana Dodd, announced their plans to move their business to Binghamton. The restaurant will be located at its Rano Boulevard location until March 6. The week of April 11, the restaurant will open up at its new location at 99 Court St., but the dates are subject to change. The new location is where The Loft at 99 formerly was.
