Nearly four months after a home explosion killed five people in Pottstown, neighbors, who reported gas odors for years, are troubled by the lack of an explanation - and the lack of action before the blast.

It's unclear at this time if the tank is connected to the explosion.

Neighbors living near Hale Street and Butler Avenue say they’ve smelled gas for years and have complained to authorities, but never saw action taken.

PECO says the homes that exploded were not served by their natural gas.
