Though a handful of the 29 homes at The Barker are now under contact, the property still has plenty of opportunities remaining for its modern one- and two-bedroom residences, and it is offering a limited time incentive.

The Barker is a short walk to the Rhode Island-Brentwood Metro and is across the street from the Alamo Drafthouse and the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center. Move-ins will begin at the end of the year.
