It's another gorgeous day across southwest Florida with temperatures in the 70s and afternoon highs in the low 90s. Expect plenty of sunshine again with only isolated showers this afternoon.

Temperatures are starting off in the 70s and topping off near 90 degrees this afternoon.

Isolated showers and storms will work toward the coast into the evening, but coverage overall will be much lower than over the weekend. Rain should be short-lived and coverage will be very spotty through tonight.

Conditions are starting out dry again this morning, with calm winds and temperatures in the mid-70s. Get ready for another stormy day today, with isolated storms initially developing inland.

Conditions are starting out dry and calm this morning with temperatures in the 70s. Highs will reach the upper 80s to low 90s with clouds building in by the early afternoon. Storms will develop inland and then work toward the coast by the late afternoon and evening.

Most of the shower and thunderstorm activity will stay offshore this morning but a few coastal downpours can't be ruled out.

The region of weather closest to Southwest Florida that’s being watched is off the coast of Georgia and northern Florida. For now, development odds are low in the next two days at 10% but moderate at 40% in the next week.
