Neighbors say they don't want another liquor store to replace Merwin Liquors at Lyndale and Broadway, a troubled area in Minneapolis. They are asking the city to block the transfer of the store's liquor license to a new owner.

"We haven't had an additional offense on this corner so that we could file our injunction," said AG Ellison.
