Community at this time i want to hazard a guess that a lot of the residents that will in the sros earn less than 20,000 a year and this market rate rental the income disparities i wonder whether someone moving into the market rate rental will be making 4 to ten times above that i dont think it will be a good mix i support the idea but there needs to be an Affordable Housing component in this thank you.
