Wine buyers around the world will be able to discover and connect with Australian wines on a first-of-its-kind virtual platform launching 27 April.
Australian Wine Connect presents an entirely new framework for doing business at a time of reduced travel, cancelled trade exhibitions and more emphasis on digital interactivity. The always-on platform offers business-to-business matching services for retailers, on-trade and club customers in the United States of America (USA), Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), Asia and beyond.
With over 230 exhibitors registered already and over 1900 wine products, Connect will be a go-to resource for Australian wine over the next 12 months. Trade will be able to conduct business with Australian wine brands in the Expo, as well as Explore and gain Education on Australia’s extraordinary and commercially robust wine scene.

Vintage 2021 is under way in most of Australia’s 65 wine regions, and as grapegrowers and winemakers concentrate on crafting wines of distinction, Wine Australia has assembled tools and resources to help wine producers to connect with trade customers and consumers.
Australian Wine Connect will bring the global wine community together through an always-on, 24/7 virtual showcase to experience and explore Australia’s thrilling wine scene. The interactive platform will feature wineries from across 65 regions; connecting winemakers, buyers, importers, distributors, media, educators and more; and offering a diverse program of engaging events and experiences. Wineries can register here to participate. The platform will go live on 31 March 2021, with an official launch in April 2021.
