If you’re having trouble downloading an edition on the Telegraph app, please try the following:
Check if you have a working internet connection. Try opening up a web page on your browser to see if it loads. If not, try switching the WiFi off and then on again on your smart device.
Check you are logged in. You can log in using either your email address and password or your TS number and postcode if you are a Print subscriber. Your TS number can be found under ‘My Account’ on the Telegraph website or on your print vouchers. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, find our helpful guide to logging in here.
I am unable to read articles on the Telegraph app
