All this week, we re celebrating National Nurse s Week with Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union by honoring a different Tri-State area nurse who s been nominated for recognition by you.
Of course, like all medical personnel, nurses play an extremely important role in patient care whether it s a simple trip to the doctor s office for a check-up or something more serious that requires a stay at the hospital. When it comes to the latter, nurses are often the medical professionals that spend the most time with patients; delivering and making sure medications are being taken, checking vital signs, and doing what they can to make sure their patients are as comfortable as possible during their hospital stay.
It's positively the best place to live on the planet. If you don't plan to stay, take your trash with you when you leave! If you do stay, please be polite.
On Tuesday, law enforcement members of the Missoula Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of 44-year-old Sadie Todd in the 800 block of West Sussex Street. The search warrant was obtained after law enforcement learned that drug distribution activity had occurred at Todd’s apartment.
Todd was at the residence when officers arrived. An officer explained to Todd that investigators had a search warrant to search her apartment. Todd immediately said, “I will tell you where everything is, so you don’t wreck the apartment.”
Todd said that she had a black box on the right side of her bed that contained 18 grams of methamphetamine and a gram of heroin. Then Todd said that she also had a small pink container on her nightstand that contained a “point” of heroin.
