By: Times News Service Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree regarding the granting of government lands. A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, A royal decree regarding the granting of government lands stipulates that the granting of residential government lands shall be in accordance with the controls and conditions set forth in the attached annex to this decree. It also stipulated that the granting of commercial, residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural lands shall be the right of usufruct in accordance with the conditions and procedures stipulated in the aforementioned Royal Decree No. 5/81.
