The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 28-year-old following an investigation into the sale of drugs in the city.
Police say Travis Greene, 28, of Canandaigua was charged with second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
It’s alleged that Greene sold cocaine while in the city of Canandaigua.
Police say they were assisted by members of the Geneva Police Department, as well as the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester resident following an investigation at Eastview Mall.
Deputies say Jerome Griffin, 33, of Rochester was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following that investigation, which started with a suspicious condition complaint.
The total value of the merchandise at Macy’s was said to be valued at $214.
Griffin was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.

SHORTSVILLE, N.Y. (WHEC) A Shortsville man is facing a first-degree rape charge after deputies say he raped a child.
The Ontario County Sheriff s Office says it arrested 36-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez-Felix on Jan.9 following an investigation into allegations he had sex with a child under the age of 11.
Rodriguez-Felix was arraigned and held on no bail due to two prior felony convictions. He will answer his charges in Manchester Town Court at a later date.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a personal injury crash at the intersection of 5&20 and Route 444 on Monday.
It happened around 2:45 p.m. and sent one to the hospital.
Deputies say Steven Carnrite, 55, of Canandaigua was traveling east on 5&20 when Gary Pestile, 77, of Bloomfield was stopped – waiting to make a left turn.
Carnrite failed to yield and crashed into the back of the stopped vehicle. Prestile suffered a head injury and was transported to Thompson Hospital. Carnrite was issued a citation for following too closely.
