A developer who plans to build an 88-unit condominium near Meadowlily Woods says he will take action against city hall if politicians reject his plan.
Dinal Peramune, a partner in the company proposing to build near the environmentally sensitive area in south London, said he would appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal if city council turns down the project.
