Pastor Dare Adeboye, the son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, Enoch Adeboye has died at the age of 42.
Senior Pastors of the church confirmed that he died in his sleep on Wednesday, shortly after ministration.
“It is with a deep and heartfelt sense of loss, we announce the departure of our beloved son, brother, husband and father, Oluwadamilare Temitayo Adeboye, who went to be with the Lord on the 4th of May, 2021,” an RCCG statement said, confirming the death.
“His life was well lived as he served the Lord without reserve, giving effortlessly and leading fearlessly.”

Earlier today, the news of the death of Pastor Dare Adeboye, son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide, Enoch Adeboye, shocked many people.
We had earlier reported that the young cleric died in his sleep on Wednesday in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, where he was based with his family.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the President urged them to find comfort in the teachings of the Holy Scriptures that those who have chosen to serve God faithfully will see Him as He is in eternity.

The family of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye, was thrown into mourning over the passing of his son, Dare, who died in his sleep Wednesday night.
Dare is the third child of the clergyman and bears striking semblance with him.
A pastor too like his father, the deceased was one of the regional youth pastors in RCCG. He was based in Eket, Akwa Ibom State where he mysteriously died.
Sources claimed that the younger Adeboye had no health issue but simply went to bed after ministering the previous day. His wife, Temiloluwa, alerted people when her husband didn’t wake up as expected.
