As part of efforts aimed at reducing infant mortality in the country, members of The Praise Vessels of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos Province 44, recently donated life- saving equipment to Olikoye Ransome Kuti Children Emergency Unit of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
Speaking during the donation, Pastor in Charge of Province 44, Pastor Amos Emovon, stated that the gesture is in alignment with the strategic direction from the leadership of the mission.
According to him, “our dearest esteemed father in the Lord and the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye commissioned all senior pastors to impact positively on our environment.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Thursday evening, made his first public appearance after the death of his 42-year-old son, Pastor Dare Adeboye.
The general overseer featured at the Holy Communion Service of the May Edition of the church’s Holy Ghost Service. The programme was themed, ‘Overflowing Blessings’.
The PUNCH had earlier reported that the younger Adeboye died in his sleep on Wednesday in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, where he was based with his family.
His death shocked the whole world as well-meaning persons including presidents, governors, and personalities condole the 79-year-old general overseer and his wife over the death of their son.

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has commiserated with Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), over the death of his son, Pastor Dare.
Jonathan in a condolence message, in Abuja on Thursday, expressed sadness over the passing of the pastor, describing him as a much-loved clergyman.
Jonathan noted that the late man of God lived a life that was a pattern of good works and prayed to God to grant his soul eternal rest.
“Though I never knew Pastor Dare personally, I have had cause to meet his father, Pastor Adeboye, and it would seem that the apple did not fall far from the tree.
