This comes after the Fiji Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was closed on Thursday after three health staff were tested positive for local coronavirus transmission. Ministry of Health head of health protection Dr. Alisha Sahukhan said due to the temporary shutdown of the Center they do not have the recent data available. Dr. Sahukhan said they are in the process of deep cleaning and decontaminating the centre in line with advice received from the reference laboratory in Melbourne.
