Gary Huffenberger | News Journal WILMINGTON In Clinton County, 34.7 percent of the population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, the Clinton County health commissioner reported. That Clinton County number is the percentage as of Sunday afternoon, said Clinton County Health Commissioner Pam Bauer. On Monday, the corresponding percentage statewide for Ohio’s population was 44.3 percent, according to the Ohio Department of Health’s COVID-19 vaccine dashboard.
