Students from across the country voiced their anger and dismay at the courts decision to go ahead with physical exams.
When the courts decided to reject the students case and gave not deterring from the NCOC s decision as a reason which we agree, is a dangerously scary precedent, especially in the middle of a crisis the students went back to social media to voice their anger and dismay.
Cancelation of exams is a step that should be taken, but perhaps not by a court, and instead by the NCOC or Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood, who upon making his decision to deny students their request brought himself under Waqar Zaka s radar.

Physical classes for grades nine to 12 resumed at schools and colleges across Pakistan today (April 19).
Attendance at educational institutions on Monday was, however, low after clerics announced a countrywide strike.
In Punjab, schools reopened in over 13 districts, including Lahore and Multan. Punjab Education Minister Murad Raas tweeted on Sunday that 50% of students will be called in on Mondays and 50% on Thursdays.
Schools and colleges have been advised to ensure strict SOP implementation.

Classes for grades nine to 12 across Pakistan will resume from Monday, April 19, Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood has announced.
An emergency meeting of all provincial ministers was called on Sunday. It was decided that the classes, even in districts affected by the novel coronavirus, will resume.
A special meeting of Health and Education Ministers of all provinces and AJK/GB was held today. RAWALPINDI/ LAHORE: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has announced that terrorism case will be registered against PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah.
Chaudhry was speaking to the media in Rawalpindi on Saturday. He said that Sanaullah had threatened the Punjab chief secretary, commissioner and other government officers a day earlier and a case would be registered against him under the Anti-Terrorism Act, for which instructions have been given.

The federal government will be lodging a case against PML-N s Rana Sanaullah over terrorism charges, Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry announced Saturday.
In a media talk in Rawalpindi on Saturday, Chaudhry explained that Sanaullah had threatened some Punjab government officials a day earlier, including the chief secretary and commissioner.
He warned people against giving threats to government officials. No one can be allowed to threaten a government official and their family, Chaudhry said, adding that if someone wanted to play politics, they had to do so within the limits of the Constitution.
