Customs clears first consignment for Gwadar Free Zone

ISLAMABAD: The Customs has cleared the first import-export consignment by M/s HK Sun Corporation Limited, which will be further processed at the Gwadar Free Zone established under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and later they will be exported from Pakistan.
The consignment consisting of metal scrap was processed and cleared by the Model Customs Collectorate, (A&F) West, Karachi and it reached the Gwadar Free Zone regulated by Model Customs Collectorate, Gwadar. More shipments of raw material of the same company is also en route to Pakistan for use in manufacturing of exportable goods.

National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser Wednesday said the prosperity and progress of Balochistan province would ensure economic stability of the whole country.
During a meeting with Balochistan Assembly Deputy Speaker Sardar Babar Musakhail here, he remarked that Balochistan was a land of opportunities and Gwadar Port was the heart of provincial development.
Speaker Asad Qaiser also said that early completion of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) related projects in Balochistan would ensure mass welfare for the common people of the province. He said the Balochistan Assembly being the representative of the people of the province can bring positive changes in the life of people.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has gone back to Moscow after concluding his visit to the subcontinent First India and then Pakistan. His next journey will be to Tehran on April 13, 2021.
His visit to India and Pakistan is considered by Russian Think Tanks as a “re-adjustment of Moscow’s orientation in the region”.
It is time to review what strengths and weaknesses Moscow is considering in its relations with India and Pakistan.
Indo-Russian Relations and Indo-US Strategic Partnership
Bilateral relations of India and Russia can be considered historic and friendly but both countries have now contradictory regional perspectives and this factor certainly had an impact on their bilateral relations also.
