The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets basketball team got some good news regarding its roster when Michael Devoe announced he would be returning to Tech for another season. The ACC Tournament MVP had mulled the possibility of entering the NBA Draft, however, after careful consideration, Devoe announced on Tuesday his intention to return for another season under head coach Josh Pastner. Devoe was a key component to the Yellow Jackets’ success last season. As the article points out, he averaged 15 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists on the season. Those numbers aren’t easy to replace, and having Devoe back for another season will have a positive impact on the team’s prospects next season.

Brent Cimaglia, a place kicker from Tennessee, and
Kenneth Kirby, an offensive lineman from Norfolk State, were among the 12 newcomers that officially joined Georgia Tech football on campus on Sunday.
Cimaglia, a 2019 Lou Groza Award semifinalist as one of college football’s top kickers, and Kirby, a two-time all-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference selection, both have one season of eligibility remaining.
“We’re really excited to add Brent and K.J. to our dynamic class of newcomers here in the heart of Atlanta,” Georgia Tech head coach
Geoff Collins said. “They’re both outstanding young men who are great fits for our culture.”
