Deputies who arrived to investigate a two-vehicle crash north of Kerby on Monday night later arrested a man for an alleged shooting immediately after the crash. According to the Josephine County Sheriff s Office, deputies learned about a two-vehicle crash on Kerby Mainline Road shortly after 10 p.m., arriving at the scene just a few minutes later. At the scene, deputies found a Ford Bronco that had crashed into a tree and a Toyota truck that had left the roadway and rolled onto its top. However, there appeared to be nobody left at the scene, except for a pit bull that had been left inside of the upside-down Toyota.
