PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2021 ) :Chief MinisterKhyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan decided to include liver and bone marrow transplant in Sehat Card Plus Scheme to provide maximum free medical facilities to people and turn the scheme into a comprehensive package of health protection.
He has also decided in principle to enhance the annual health coverage for the tribal districts from the existing 600,000 rupees per family to 1,000,000 rupees per family under the Sehat Card Plus Scheme.
KP CM, Chinese envoy inaugurate schools’ reconstruction project in district Khyber

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan and Chinese Ambassador Nong Rong today (Monday) inaugurated the project of reconstruction of destroyed schools in tribal district Khyber.
This joint venture of governments of China and Pakistan will be completed by 2023 at a cost of more than two-thousand million rupees.
In the first phase, a total of fifty schools including twenty-four boys’ and twenty-six girls’ schools will be reconstructed in district Khyber which were destroyed due to terrorism in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Mahmood Khan thanked the Chinese government for collaboration in this important project of re-building of schools.

KP CM condemns murder of journalist Waseem Alam in Karak
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has condemned the murder of a journalist Waseem Alam in Karak.
In a statement in Peshawar on Sunday, he directed the concerned authorities to arrest the culprits at the earliest.
Mahmood Khan prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed sympathy with the bereaved family.
