Leah s body was found on the Avoca Trail Sunday morning after she left for a walk at approximately 11:20 a.m. Saturday. When she didn t return, her family reported her missing at about 4:15 p.m., according to the Michigan State Police Lapeer Post.

A distribution effort spanning the Lehigh Valley and southern Pocono Mountains has delivered some 300 cases of sanitizing wipes to area religious groups, nonprofits and other recipients at no cost to them.
Chestnut Retreat Center, founded by Turkish-American Muslims in the Saylorsburg area, secured the donated wipes and enlisted distribution help from Trinity Episcopal Church in Easton through connections in the Lehigh Dialogue Center, said Pat Romano, who runs Trinity’s ecumenical and interfaith mission.

WOODBRIDGE – The township reported 140 new COVID-19 cases over a four-day period, which brings the total number of cases to 8,938, according to Mayor John McCormac in his coronavirus report on March 5.
Thirty-one new cases of COVID-19 were reported for March 1, 45 new cases were reported for March 2, 28 new cases were reported on March 3 and 36 new cases were reported for March 4.
“The three day average is 36, the seven day average is 38 and the February average was 36 so we are right in line with recent history,” McCormac said. “The January average was 67 so things are better now, but they won’t get great until we don’t need these updates any more.”
