The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center announced today the elimination of travel-related quarantine requirements and an increase in the allowable numbers for outdoor gatherings.
As of Friday May 21st, tribal members and employees will no longer be required to quarantine based solely on their travel beyond the established 300-mile radius. The travel radius is now eliminated and asymptomatic individuals are no longer required to quarantine. Only symptomatic individuals are required to quarantine and get a COVID-19 test no sooner than seven (7) days after symptoms develop.

AKWESASNE The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is reporting two new cases of COVID-19 today (Tuesday, April 20), making 13 total active cases under the Tribe’s jurisdiction.
Three community members were released from isolation and there was no update to the number of family members and friends in quarantine, which remains at 18.
Saint Regis Mohawk Health Services is holding a walk-in vaccination clinic on Thursday, April 22 for all individuals at least 16 years old who are interested in receiving the Pfizer Vaccine.
The walk-in clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or while doses last) at the former-IGA Building located at 850 State Route 37 in Akwesasne.
