And their needs have become a lot more specific in keeping with the pandemic induced new norm. “Buyers used to compare landed home prices in terms of per square feet (PSF) for land area, now they look at landed home prices in terms of PSF for Built Area as a comparison benchmark, reflecting the value buyers are placing on liveable space,” adds Teh.

All exit and entry approvals that have been obtained through MyTravelPass, MyEntry or other entry approvals are now null/voided.
Malaysia s Immigration Department (ESD) has announced new entry restrictions on citizens from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Nepal.
This comes in lieu of statement by Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 5 May, where he announced a travel ban on flights to and from these countries, the ESD stated. These are namely:
Temporary flight restrictions for exit and entry from the abovementioned countries, either via direct flight or transit to Malaysia.

Sydney Singapore is ready to take Australians who can be quarantined in the city-state before they are allowed to return home, claimed an Australian politician named Mr Singh on Australia’s ABC News.
His comments followed the Australian government’s threat earlier this month to fine and jail Australians returning from India during the pandemic because it wanted to protect the 25 million Australians at home from the coronavirus.
About the Australians in India, Mr Singh said: “We can bring them into Christmas Island, we can bring them into Darwin, we can bring them into other places if we don’t want to bring them into Melbourne, Sydney, the big places, or we can bring them into Singapore at least. They can have a quarantine in Singapore for two weeks. And then bring them here for another week or so for quarantine.
Travellers from Taiwan were previously allowed to go about activities in Singapore without serving Stay-Home Notice (SHN), if their on-arrival Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test results are negative.
This will no longer be the case from May 16, 2021, 2359 hours, due to an increase in cases in Taiwan, said the Multi-Ministry Taskforce in a May 15 announcement.
Instead, the following restrictions will apply to those with travel history to Taiwan in the last 21 days before their departure to Singapore:
Short-term travellers holding an
Air Travel Pass (ATP) with travel history to Taiwan within the last 21 days before departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore.
