We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.

Start your peaceful morning with Jaeda Sykes on a revolutionary journey through the five great elements (air, earth, water, fire, and ether). Mats are optional, as we re-connect and ground down into the earth. This is a 60 minutes yoga flow for all levels, and for every-body. Beginners welcome and encouraged.

Focused longer hold stretching with a variety of props allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body.

How to find us: 933 Louise Ave
Park in the free parking lot of the business strip. Enter the building through the Advent Patio (to the right of Paper Place Deli if looking at the building). Take a left down the hallway. About 200 ft down the hallway there will be an opening on your left. There will be a bench and 2 doors. If you veer left toward the bench, Paper Places Deli will be on your left and The Space will be the door on your right. If you hit the hallway with the bathrooms, you have gone too far.
