FLORENCE, S.C. (WMBF) - Catalytic converters are being taken left and right across the Grand Strand and Pee Dee.

Owner of Xpress Tire and wholesale car dealer Mike Cade said in the last few months he’s lost over $100,000 replacing stolen catalytic converters and repairing damages left by thieves.
Kodak Black on Tuesday entered a guilty plea to first-degree assault and battery in Florence, South Carolina, and was given 18 months probation in connection with the plea and a 10-year suspended prison sentence.
The 23-year-old rapper decide to plea down after he was first indicted on felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct, his lawyer Bradford Cohen told TMZ, noting that the rapper was focused on ending the legal case with the plea.

FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) â Authorities are looking for a vehicle of interest thatâs connected to a deadly shooting in Florence County.
According to information from the Florence County Sheriffâs Office, deputies were called to a shooting in the 800 block of Howe Springs Road in Florence in the early-morning hours of April 23.

Kapri, was handed an 18-month probation sentence after entering a guilty plea to first-degree assault and battery in connection to the 5-year-old incident that transpired between himself and an underage girl in a Florence S.C. hotel in February of 2016. Kodak also has to pay a $125 fine and is ordered to complete counseling.

XXL this afternoon, which said, Today Bill Kapri took a plea to the legal charge of assault, a non sex offense, and received 18 months probation. This was a change of charge from the original charge. Having consistently denied these 5 year old allegations, he entered this plea in order to resolve the matter.
