MARTINSBURG â According to Berkeley County Sheriff Department leadership, investigations are still ongoing in a Christmas morning single-vehicle accident and vehicle fire, though identification of the two deceased females have been made.
According to Berkeley County Sheriff Curtis Keller, the two deceased women identified in the SUV accident and fire were: Annabella Roderick, 22, of Hedgesville, who was said to be found under the vehicle; and Zoe Manuel, 23, of the Eastern Panhandle, who was said to be found inside.
Keller said law enforcement have been able to identify the owner of the vehicle but have not yet been able to determine who was driving at the time of the incident.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. â Police said they found a 16-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound outside a Martinsburg-area bar Friday night.
At 11:28 p.m., the Berkeley County Sheriffâs Department was dispatched to Club Aura at 80 Aero St. for a shooting victim, according to Sheriff Curtis Keller.
Aero Street is just off Charles Town Road, also known as W.Va. 9, east of downtown Martinsburg.
Keller said when deputies arrived, they found the boy lying next to a dark-colored Mercedes-Benz in the barâs parking lot.
The boy was transported to Berkeley Medical Center for what appeared to be injuries that were not life threatening, Keller said.
