A woman accused of receiving tragic schoolboy Noah Donohoe’s stolen laptop will confirm next month if she is contesting the charge, a court heard today.
A bomb was discovered beside the woman’s car in Dungiven last month.
A 59-year-old man has been charged with acquiring explosives and is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court on June 9.

He was arrested by detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Legacy Investigation Branch in connection with the 1993 murder of Constable Michael Ferguson.
The man, along with two other men, aged 48 and 62, who were also arrested in connection with Constable Ferguson’s murder, were released following questioning.

Dozens of pensioners in Northern Ireland have allegedly been conned into leaving life savings at their front doors by fraudsters posing as police officers, a court heard today.

A MAN who bit and kicked police officers during a drug-induced episode in a Belfast hospital has been jailed for five months.
Daniel Rhodes also spat at a civilian member of the force after being detained for the violent outburst.
Belfast Magistrates Court heard the 25-year-old claims he was hearing voices at the time of the attack.
Rhodes admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of assault on police, disorderly behaviour and assault on a police designated person.
Officers called to his hostel in the north of the city on April 13 took him to the Royal Victoria Hospital due to concerns about his condition.
