Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday arrested gangster Parvez Khan alias Chinku Pathan, a henchman of fugitive Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, in connection with a drugs case from neighbouring Navi Mumbai, an official said, adding some drugs were also seized.
Khan is also a relative of late Karim Lala- a mafia don in Mumbai who remained active for more than two decades from the sixties to the early eighties.

MUMBAI: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday conducted searches at multiple locations in south and central Mumbai after the arrest of two drug peddlers over the weekend, an official said. Acting on specific information, an NCB team had arrested the duo with 65 gram mephedrone, a stimulant drug, on Sunday from near J J hospital in south Mumbai, he said.
As the two were active in south and central Mumbai since a long time, the apex drug law enforcement agency conducted searches in the areas since morning to trace and apprehend the masterminds (of narcotics trade), the official said.

According to the Delhi Police, another Nigerian national, Chibueze Agbon, was arrested for allegedly carrying 530 grams of hashish near Hauz Khas metro station in the national capital.

A Nigerian national, Paul Chigbata Onuorohon, on Sunday was arrested for allegedly carrying 500 grams of Mephedrone by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) during raids conducted in the Kharghar area of Mumbai. Paul is a part of drugs distribution network like Cocaine, Ecstasy, Mephedrone, and Charas in Mumbai and its outskirts. The investigation into the case is still in progress, said Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director, NCB, Mumbai, BusinessWorld reports.
