Hodge, 31, Allen Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; OVI and driving under suspension for his actions behind the wheel on June 5. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14, when Hodge faces up to four years in prison, a lifetime license suspension and $12,075 in fines. Daniel Lee Wilcox, 24, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to failure to fulfill violent offender database duties, a fifth-degree felony. Wilcox requested immediate sentencing and was placed on three-years community control. As an out-of-state offender of a violent crime, Wilcox is required to notify the sheriff of his address.

Mar 4, 2021 Daniel P. Roth, 25, Youngstown, was cited with assured clear distance after he rear-ended the vehicle of Lisa M. Green, 41, Canfield, at a red light on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 1:32 p.m. Monday. William S. Miller, 90, Kensington, was cited with failure to control after he drove off the road and struck a ditch while attempting to turn onto Gurlea Street from Larry Street in Hanover Township at 7:17 p.m. Feb. 27. Thomas G. Wolfe, 78, East Liverpool, was cited with rules for turns at intersections after he failed to yield while turning onto state Route 558 from state Route 7 and struck the vehicle of James V. Csernik, 59, Youngstown at 3:19 p.m. Feb. 27. Csernik drove himself to a local hospital for a possible injury.

Feb 27, 2021 LISBON A March 8 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Ryan W. Virden, 32, Jennings Avenue, Salem, charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having a nine-millimeter semi-automatic pistol in his bedrooms when the county drug task force searched his home Thursday. Virden reportedly has multiple felony convictions including ones involving drugs and weapons. Chad M. Collins, 35, last known address McCracken Road, Salem, signed a waiver of extradition so he can be returned to Hampton Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania where he is facing a warrant for a charge of harassment and terroristic threats. He was reportedly found at an address on Salem Parkway, Salem, on Wednesday.

LISBON A woman called to advise officers that she had KLG Ambulance en route to her residence on North Market Street for her husband at 2:37 p.m. Thursday. She advised that he wasn’t feeling well after having surgery a week prior and she wanted an officer there because he fell and needed immediate assistance. The officer went to the home and assisted the man until EMS arrived. EMS called dispatch shortly after the officer left to have a landing zone set up on Dickey Drive. COLUMBIANA An officer was dispatched to a Washington Avenue residence at 7:11 p.m. Thursday for a domestic dispute.

EL woman pleads guilty in burglary | News, Sports, Jobs

Feb 25, 2021 LISBON – In Common Pleas Court, Samantha L. May, 23, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to complicity to burglary, a third-degree felony. She faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for May 7. May reportedly helped Marcus Ford and Zachery Young, both accused in a burglary at the home of Kelly Dole, Baum Street, East Liverpool, on Feb. 11, 2020. Both men currently have a bench warrant for failing to appear for hearings for charges related to the allegedly burglary. Jaquon Rozier, 25, Youngstown, was sentenced to 11 months in prison concurrent with the time he is serving in a case in Mahoning County. He was credited with five days already served. The sentence in Columbiana County involved a tampering with evidence charge and a possession of heroin charge for attempting to hide heroin from investigators on March 20, 2019.
