A 18-year-old Cambridge man has been charged with murder in relation to an incident in Nawton, Hamilton.
A 43-year-old man died following the incident at an address in Aileen Place this morning.
The 18-year-old is appearing in Hamilton District Court on the murder charge tomorrow.
We are still in the early stages of the investigation, however, we are not seeking any further people in connection with the matter.

Police are attending a serious crash involving a car and motorbike on SH2, Pukehina.
One person was taken to hospital in a serious condition
Diversions will be in place, the road is likely to be closed for the next couple of hours.
Detours will likely be Old Coach Road/SH2 and Ohinepaena Road/SH2.
Serious Crash Unit are in attendance.

If a person wants to eat and drink during the daylight in Ramzan, it should be done indoors and out of sight.

Manama: The Bahrain government on Tuesday said it will take strict action against those who publicly eat food during fasting hours of the Holy month of Ramzan, which is considered offensive.
A statement issued by the Police Media Center said, failing to show this slight consideration for fasting Muslims is punishable by law, and shall be penalized with a fine and jail up to one year.

Police are seeking witnesses to a serious assault that occurred outside the Metro Sports Bat, Porirua in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At around 12:30am, a man was attempting to break up a fight between a group of people outside the bar.
During the incident, he was struck on the back of the head by another male and was subsequently transported to Wellington Hospital with critical injures. He remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Police are making a number of enquiries to identify the offender, including reviewing CCTV footage.
Police are also speaking to witnesses, however we would like to speak to anyone else who witnessed the assault or who was at the bar on Saturday evening and has information that can assist our enquiries.
