CARLSBAD The Carlsbad City Council met Tuesday to discuss options for resuming in-person public meetings. The council agreed to resume in-person council meetings starting July 13, and changed the start time to 6 p.m. The council held hearings and approved tax levies for the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District and the Carlsbad Golf Lodging Business Improvement District.
