I’ve always lived an active lifestyle. I was a skinny teenager and, as I grew up, I fell in love with the gym, but I also love the outdoors – I do a lot of walking. The problem I’ve had is with my diet. I couldn’t go a day without eating sugar even when I was young. By the time I was 18 I think I was addicted – I’d skip meals so I didn’t feel bad about eating dessert.
