ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad police on Tuesday arrested 27 suspects from various areas of the city and recovered drugs, liquor, stolen valuables and weapons from their possession, a spokesperson shared on Tuesday.
Following the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Dr Syed Mustafa Tanveer, all Zonal Superintendents of Police (SP) have accelerated their efforts to curb anti-social elements in their respective areas.
Secretariat police arrested three accused namely Maki, Azam and Waris and recovered two Kalashnikovs and one 30 bore pistol along with ammunition from their possession while Koral police arrested Pasheem Khan and recovered one 9mm pistol from his possession.

Patna (Bihar) [India], February 3 (ANI): Bihar Police on Wednesday informed that IndiGo manager Rupesh Kumar Singh was killed over a road rage incident and also arrested a man in connection with the murder case.
The police said that the accused identified as Rituraj, a resident of Adarsh Nagar area of Patna, murdered the IndiGo manager out of vengeance over the road rage incident, which took place in November 2020.

Patna, Feb 3 : The Bihar Police may be claiming to solve the murder of the IndiGo Airlines manager Rupesh Kumar Singh and calling it a consequence of road rage, but Singh s family is far from convinced. His family members say it is difficult to digest the claims that the police are making.
The Patna Police on Wednesday said that the accused Ritu Raj, arrested in the case, has admitted to his crime.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Upendra Sharma, in a press conference, claimed that Singh was killed on the evening of January 12 in a case triggered by an incident of road rage in November.
