Second Schenectady suspect charged in killing of victim who crashed car into Motel 6 in Colonie | The Daily Gazette SECTIONS Colonie Shares0 Desirique S. Johnson, 22, was charged Wednesday with second-degree murder.  When police responded to a report of a car that crashed into the Motel 6 at 2700 Curry Road, it appeared Price crashed his vehicle into the motel while attempting to flee the scene. Police said Price, also of Schenectady, died of a single gunshot wound that day.  This week, Johnson was apprehended about 4 p.m. after a brief foot chase near his residence, police said. Citing the  active investigation, police said they wouldn’t release details about Johnson’s involvement in the homicide case.
