ATF is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the driver’s identification.

Ian Mingis, 19, was charged with first-degree rape. According the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, an underaged girl reported that Mingis took her to his home then raped her. Deputies say she was injured during the rape. McCracken County detectives found evidence that verified the victim’s account. They arrested Mingis after he was interviewed by detectives. (KFVS) - Eastbound Interstate 24 is open at the 9 mile marker after a multi-vehicle crash. According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were on scene around 5:50 p.m. on Monday, February 22. They said at least five vehicles were involved. Traffic was down to one lane in the area causing heavy backup from the 7 mile marker east.
