TOWN OF OSWEGATCHIE, N.Y. (WWNY) - A traffic stop in St. Lawrence County ended with the arrests of 2 New York City men and the seizure of crack cocaine and $12,000 in cash.
Ogdensburg Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit stopped a vehicle on Route 812 in the town of Oswegatchie last Friday.
According to police, a K9 sniffed out drugs, leading authorities to find more than 8 ounces of crack cocaine and over $12,000 in cash inside the vehicle.

STOCKHOLM – A Winthrop man was arrested for unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine third degree, a felony, at about 4:30 p.m. Monday.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kyle S. Marshall, 33, in connection with an incident that took place March 24 in Stockholm. Marshall possessed several components and lab equipment used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, deputies said.
Marshall was arraigned by Judge Michael Morgan of the Town of Canton court and released. He is due in Stockholm court on May 5 for further court proceedings.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by state police CCSERT, Homeland Security Investigations and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force (SLCDTF).

CANTON, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Canton man is accused of having sex about a year ago with someone who is underage.
Canton police say 36-year-old Timothy Harmer of 36 Spears Street was charged following a lengthy investigation of an alleged incident in April 2020.
He was arrested Monday and charged with third-degree rape, third-degree criminal sex act, sexual misconduct, and use of a child less than 17 years of age in a sexual performance.

CANTON The village police have arrested a 36-year-old Canton man for rape and other charges following an investigation of an April 2020 incident in the village involving juvenile.
On Monday, April 12, Timothy J. Harmer of 36 Spears St. was arrested Monday, April 12, police said.
Harmer was charged with:
• Use of a child less than 17 years of age in a sexual performance (C-Felony);
• Criminal sexual act 3rd degree (Actor 21 years old or more/ Victim less than 17 years) (E-Felony)
• Rape 3rd (Victim less than 17 years old, Perpetrator 21 years or more) (E-Felony)
• Sexual misconduct: Engage in oral/anal sexual contact (A-Misdemeanor)

A Russellville man is in custody after state and local agents found more than $120,000 in drugs in Tuscumbia.
Hunter Reid Hulsey, 31, was arrested for trafficking in methamphetamine on Wednesday, and more charges are expected, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
A lengthy investigation into drug trafficking complaints lead to the discovery of about 2.5 pounds of methamphetamine, 5.5 pounds of marijuana, digital scales and drug packaging materials, according to a news release.
