A Medina County Grand Jury indicted the following seven people on Tuesday, May 4:
Justin D. Hornbeck, 28, of Uniontown: Murder with Firearm Specification, Tampering with Evidence, Having Weapons Under Disability, Obstructing Justice, Gross Abuse of a Corpse, Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
Tyrone L. Render, 27, of Wooster: Tampering with Evidence with Firearm Specification, Obstructing Justice, Having Weapons Under Disability, Gross Abuse of a Corpse, Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
Autumn M. Knight, 27, of Cuyahoga Falls: Tampering with Evidence, Obstructing Justice, Gross Abuse of a Corpse, Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
Marcus Y. Clark, 55, of Akron: Tampering with Evidence, Obstructing Justice, Gross Abuse of a Corpse, Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshalsâ Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force surpassed a monumental accomplishment recently.
Pete Elliott, with the U.S. Marshals, said the arrest of 20-year-old Brannon Newell on Tuesday marked the 50,000th capture during the task forceâs 18-year history.
Newell was wanted by the Canton Police Department for rape and gross sexual imposition charges for an alleged crime involving a victim under the age of 6 years old. He was located at a Maple Avenue NE home in Canton and arrested without incident.

Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive James Mathieson. Mathieson is wanted by multiple jurisdictions for multiple offenses to include the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for drug trafficking, the Aurora Police Department for failure to comply and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation.
Mathieson, 36, is a white male, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 160 lbs. Mathieson’s last known address is near the 2400 block of W. 14th Street, Cleveland, Ohio.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is tracking down a fugitive wanted by three law enforcement agencies.
James Mathieson has a parole violation with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority, a failure to comply from Aurora police and multiple offenses for drug trafficking from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s department.
Mathieson, 36, last lived near the 2400 block of W. 14th Street in Cleveland.
