Greenfield Community College will mix campus life with hybrid programs in fall

GREENFIELD Like other colleges throughout the nation and in Western Massachusetts, Greenfield Community College is restoring campus activity this fall, but also offering alternative learning methods.
The two-year college will offer more than 100 class sections in a face-to-face or hybrid format, meeting at least once a week on campus with some possible online instruction as well, according to a statement released Wednesday.

Springfield Technical Community College and Roxbury Community College are among the Top 10 community colleges in the nation, according to a new college ranking.
After examining 839 community colleges nationwide, Academic Influence recently issued its first-ever ranking of the 50 best community colleges in America.
Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland topped the list with Roxbury Community College holding the second spot and STCC finishing fourth. Other Massachusetts colleges in the Top 50 included Northern Essex, Massachusetts Bay, Bunker Hill and Holyoke.
