CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office has identified a motorcyclist killed in a crash last month.
Jason Caramela, 51, of Dearborn County, Ind., died early Monday at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, a coroner’s report shows.
He was flown to the hospital in a medical helicopter when the crash occurred on April 15, coroner’s officials say.

Coroner called to Norwood after SWAT situation
The Hamilton County Coroner s Office and police were at a residence in the 1800 block of Tilden Avenue in Norwood Friday night as part of an investigation by law enforcement that started earlier in the day.
A SWAT team and Norwood police were at the scene, which is within a block of Norwood High School, since the afternoon.
Norwood High School students were sent home about 30 minutes early Friday after police alerted the school to a situation near the school, said Superintendent Mary Ronan. She said police were using the school s parking lot for staging.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - An 18-year-old died in a crash that closed Westwood Northern Boulevard in Westwood Wednesday, the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office confirmed Thursday morning.
Kristopher Gilmore, 18, was killed in the crash shortly before 5:30 p.m., they said.
Police at the scene reported serious injuries, including at least one person trapped in a vehicle.
Speeding appears to be a factor in the crash, according to Cincinnati police.

A Cincinnati family wants more answers after a rural Kentucky deputy shot and killed their loved one on May 29.
Photos of 48-year-old Terry Jackson are circulating on social media with the hastag #JusticeForTerry as family tries to bring attention to the officer-involved shooting that led to his death.
âSomeone may get away with something that they donât deserve to get away with,â said LaTrisha Fail, Jacksonâs niece.
She said her uncle lived in Maysville, Kentucky, and left behind three children, the youngest of whom is three years old.
