Former St Kilda captain Nick Riewoldt says that if he was in Chelsea Randall’s shoes, he would take the AFL to the Supreme Court if it meant he could play in the Grand Final.
The Adelaide captain is set to miss the AFLW Grand Final after suffering a concussion in her side’s Preliminary Final win over Melbourne. Her second concussion of the season.
Riewoldt, who played in three Grand Finals and many strong St Kilda teams during his career, never tasted premiership success and said if he was in the equivalent position, he would do whatever it takes to get around the protocols and play.
