PETERSBURG - One year after the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic,1,000 people welcomed getting stuck in their arms.
Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen single-dose COVID-19 vaccines were given to pre-registered people at the vaccination clinic held at the Tabernacle Community Life Center in the Crater Health District on Thursday, March 11.
"This is a great opportunity for our city and region," said Petersburg Bureau of Police Chief Travis Christian. "It is one step closer to having a completely safe commonwealth and country. It's important."
