An 11th Northeast Florida Amazon.com Inc. facility is planned, this one a delivery station in Northwest Jacksonville. The city is reviewing plans for a $16 million, 155,819-square-foot delivery station, code-named DJX5, in the Perimeter West Industrial Park. The new speculative building is at 4345 Perimeter Industrial Parkway N. The DJX designation is Amazon’s code for a Jacksonville delivery station. Plans say the station is designed for a package delivery service with two shifts – one day, one evening – and a potential third shift during peak seasons. No contractor is listed. Baker Barrios of Orlando is the architect. TLC Engineering Solutions of Orlando is the civil engineer.
